Please ensure that all the order information you submit is accurate. If there is any change, please notify our company before 17:00 of the day before the pickup date/delivery date.
If your address is outside of London, we will arrange for a third-party courier company to deliver on working days (usually Monday to Friday). The third-party delivery time is usually within 2 working days, but the delivery time is not within our control . It is recommended that you make an appointment in advance.
If you choose your cartons and tape to be left at the reception, you will need to make the full payment before delivery. Please confirm with the reception in advance to make sure that the reception can safely receive items.
After receiving the items, please check. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service in time.
